My passion is living and working across cultures and supporting the growth and well-being of clients transitioning globally. I have 25+ years of experience supporting over 2000 clients relocating internationally.

I know the theories, data and trends impacting global assignments and the companies return on investment.

I also know the feelings. I have lived and worked in 3 countries outside my own. I know the excitement and stress of living out of my comfort zone. Of saying goodbye to family, friends, my first language, identity, culture, routine, support systems and beginning again. I know the importance of leaning in and reaching out.

My background spans the fields of international human service, international educational management and corporate relocation consulting. I have a Masters Degree in Intercultural Management with a thesis on Cultural Adjustment. I am certified to administer the Global Competencies Inventory. The GCI measures personality characteristics associated with working effectively across cultures in an organizational environmental and is predictive of higher levels of performance in international assignments, increased intercultural skills and job satisfaction.
